1L = 0.01 hL = 0.001 mL

It is usually recommended to use at least 100mL of wine as a trial sample.

Once you have to set up your trial, proceed with a sensorial analysis on each juice/wine sample and select the one that best suits your expectations.

The stock solution is the substance delivered by your local supplier. All the information product is provided on the local supplier's label (concentration, volume, formulation...).

Take your time! It is extremely important to discern the difference between the trial and the control solution (flavour, odor, texture, taste...).

If unable to decide between 2 samples, prepare another sample with an intermediate dosage and try again. If still unable to decide, the higher concentration is usually chosen.
